Nismo GT LSD PRO 1.5 Way Maintenance
Hi Everyone,
I've recently installed a Nismo GT LSD PRO 1.5 Way LSD on my 350z. The car spends 75% of it's life on the track, so I am biting the bullet and dealing with the noise and annoying chirp of low speed turns on the street in the pursuit of better performance on the track.
That being said, what is the maintenance schedule on a clutch-type LSD? Typically I would just swap the diff. fluid after every 5-6 track days, but is there anything special I should be doing now that the mechanics of the Clutch -Type LSD is different than that of a Viscous LSD?
Thank you in advance for the advice!
Best,
Bobby

Bobby- I've used the NISMO GT LSD for years now on my SCCA Touring 1-3 racecar. Besides doing an annual change with Motul 75w-140 gear comp oil, the unit has performed admirably over the long haul. Some have used a diff cooler, but I don't- just the finned diff cover.
