Default Leak on passenger side

I can't seem to fix this leak I have even went under the hood where the wiring harness is to try an access this leak has anyone had success fixing a leak like this I'm almost to the point of taking it to the dealer, or do they even fix this! This happens when ever it rains I cover my car with a car cover if I get the hint there is going to be any rain it's very frustrating!

it is 100% AC condensate. To make sure you can take a paper towel and wipe it and see. I have it every time after long drives with AC on.
