Default 370z VHR and interior in 06' 350z chassis

I am swapping a VHR from a 2014 370z into my 06 350z. Everything fits as if it was oem. Engine, transmission, dashboard, and 370z steering column all fit perfectly.
I'm using all of the 370z ECU, VVEL, BCM, and fuse box modules and its electrical harnesses. Gas pedal is from a 370z.
But my biggest problem is I am not getting into ACC mode. My push to start button is stuck in lock mode but with no indication of the lock symbol on my cluster, as my cluster strangely does not work. My push to start bottom lights up and my power socket works but I do not hear any relays clicking. I do have a NATS delete but still nothing. I have not looked if I am getting 12v on my ECU, as my OBD2 plug does not work either.
The only thing I can think of is my dashboard harness was cut by who sold it to me, I believe it is cut as the window connectors. I do not have any 370z body harness, but how can that prevent me from seeing any other power on my navi system or cluster?

I need to know if I am missing a module to give power to my dashboard, and how to get out of lock mode.

(Also not sure if this was the right forum to post under, this is my first post and it's also my last resort option as Idk what could be preventing me into getting to ACC)

Welcome, but your first post sounds like another difficult VHR engine swap. It's not the mechanical swap that's the difficulty, it's the electronic architecture differences between the Z33 and Z34. The number of data points used to run the 370Z is far in excess of what it was for the 350Z. It's a complex problem and one I'm glad I didn't step into. You mention that you don't have a full 370Z body/cabin harness, so I'd start there. Most posters who have asked similar questions about doing this conversion have taken some advice, but few have ever come back to update their progress (or lack of it). Maybe you'll be different.

Default 7 month update:

I figured out why none of my 370z electronics were working.. Nissan has a safety button for their fuse box while its at the dealer to prevent the battery from dying.
This is all new information to me so of course I wouldn’t have known about it.

The problem now is the car won’t turn off its electronics. I did have a NATS delete on my 1st ecu, and now I have a stock ecu and still the same results.

Im still missing the rest of my body harnesses, which will arrive sometime this week but how can this prevent the entire electrical system from turning off? Is this key related?

Also, sorry for not even introducing myself. Here is my VHR swapped 350z on 57 Nismo Rays (LXZ shown in photo)
