Based on what I have seen, options -
Part it out. Takes work and time but will return most money for mods
Sell it as is and try to get back a decent percentage of the mods you put into it. Expect it to be for sale for quite a while since you need to find that right person who has the cash to pay way above blue book for a modded car.
Sell it as is and understand that you will get pennies on the dollar for each modification you did to the car. Will sell faster but will make you not want to sell.
Just my thoughts

IM not exactly sure on how much i want. I was thinking like $17 for the car. The motor is brand new in it and it only has 3k for miles. IDK im just trying to get some feelers for it. I would part it out but then i would have to accumulate the stock parts. People will just have to appreciate the car and then im sure i would get a good offer.
