Bilstein PSS9 with less than 30K miles on them.
I put a couple thousand on them from when I bought them. When I bought them they had been checked by Bilstein for a rebuild, and did not need to be rebuilt.

whats the adjusment ability with the god speed arms?

 

+- 3 degrees for the front arm.

Rear has no description, but it seems to adjust pretty far.

I need something thatll give me more negative camber than that, I sent a email to GS asking how much negative camber i can get from them if its what i need then ill def pick these up.

 

That doesn't account for the static negative camber gain that you get when you lower the car.

 

So its up to -3 in addition to what you can already get from stock arms??

Hard question to answer. First, have you driven on coilovers before?

I would say they are very comfortable for coilovers, but you have to find the dampening setting that best suits you and the roads you drive on to really get the comfort level you want.
