Complete, bulbs/ballast/ignitor included. All brackets good. The lens is in good shape, not yellowing but one does have a crack shown below.

Not all the way through, not visible when installed, headlight doesnt condensate or anything like that. Not sure how it got that way but I've used these on my car & never knew it was damaged.

Price is cheaper b/c of that. I would just roll as is or it is very easy to switch the plastic lens out (they are the same for all year headlights), but people dont like to buy opened headlights so selling as is. $600 picked up so cal or $650 shipped.
