Touring Club Lapping Days, Heartland Park-Topeka, KS.
Touring Club Lapping Days (TCLD)-formerly known as Road Warriors-kicks off the season next Wednesday, April 18th, at Heartland Park, Topeka, KS.
TCLD is limited to 60 cars. If they do this as they've done in the past, they group according to experience-then send you out on the 2.1 mile, 11 turn track by groups. One group at a time is on the track. They keep cycling the groups thru until sundown.
If you're a novice, an instructor will be provided.
Gates open at 3:00 p.m. Car inspection at 4:30.
There is an annual Touring Club membership fee of $20 and a $60 TCLD fee.
Check below for more info such as safety gear required-helmet, long pants, etc.-season schedule, registration, etc.

BTW, this not exclusive to Z's or G's. This is open to all cars so don't wait to register.

that sounds like a blast, would be fun to have a Z out on a track.
sadly i dont get off work till 5pm
i'm going to try to make the next autocross at arrowhead in may though, i'm a complete and total novice however, still re-learning the manual after not driving one for nearly 4 yrs

If you leave work at 5-depending where in KC you are-you could be at Heartland Park around 6-6:15. If you're wanting to be a spectator, that will give you some time to see the action. If you're wanting to drive then, yeah, you're outta luck.
