Calling all S2000 Owners and Enthusiasts. "Meet of the Midwest 2007" will be held in KC on Sat. May 5 & Sun. May 6. The schedules of events are as follows:
Saturday May 5:
2:00-3:00 Meet/Greet @ Pear Tree Inn (I435 & Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, Ks.)
3:00-4:00 Scenic Drive up KS HWY 5 up to Leavenworth. Stop @ Fed Prison for group photo
4:30-5:30 Stop on way back from scenic drive for Kansas Speedway 1 Hour Tour ($10)
6:00-8:00 Dinner/games @ (TBD) (across parking lot of KS. Speedway)
Sunday May 6:
10:00-Noon Meet at hotel and head to Sadler Indoor Cart racing in Olathe ($35)
1:00-2:00 Return to Pear Tree Inn for world famous Jack Fiorella’s BBQ Lunch
3:00-5:00 Depart hotel to Union Station/Liberty Memorial tours ($8)
6:00 Country Club Plaza for Dinner on your own

idwin.. we had a huge turnout of supras, RX-7s and Rx-8s. had a couple of vipers, NSX's and Lamborghini. turbo'd civics, scions.. Cobras came out and corvettes. This was supposed be a small Z meet of like 20 or so Z's. It was quite an amazing day at the lakefront.
Edit: i think the coolest part was that Nobody got out of hand. We had a lot of cool people out there and all the Z guys were as cool as can be.

+1 on having a great day without any trouble. It's nice to be able to have something that big and no one was out trying to do burnouts, racing, fighting, and all the other stupid crap that people do. It think it showed that we can all get together and just have a good time.
+1 on the drama free day. And Me and Lo$t gave them a finale on the interstate

Hey- us "rotaries" were invited. Thanks to whomever took this btw. I didn't take any pictures. I'll just steal the ones I see & like.
