350z_lee... Where are you?
I've PM'd this guy a number of times. I have a history of transactions GOING WELL on this board, and I can't quite understand what this guy's problem is.

If you still have his mailing address I'd recommend calling the authorities and see if they can do anything about it. Sorry for your hard times and loss of money. Hope everything works out.
