Here's the thing... It's South FL! Who doesnt want to be there? It's in the top 5 most desirable places to live in this country. People come to Little Rock to fill a need for a certain type of job... Whereas, people will flock to places like that just to find work there. HUGE talent pool and employers will play it against you. It has been my experience that many employers wont care if you're not making a living wage. They call it "getting paid in sunshine" Also... lets say someone scams you here...well, everyone's first reaction is to fault the scammer. But there, it's your fault for falling for it. You'll see. Also, the douche factor is off the charts! You will meet some of the most uptight miserable bastards EVER. When Jersey finds somebody too annoying and kicks somebody out, they head to south FL You'll run across them all the time.. ya know, just shopping or something.. the kind of person who will yell at an old lady for taking an extra 2 seconds to move ahead in the checkout lane. Just be prepared to witness some crazy a$$ people on a daily basis... Every really big city has this, but there's a unique flavor to south FL crazy.

THAT said, it's ying and yang man. For every douche, there are some great people to offset them. You just have to find a way to tolerate the douches so you can enjoy the people who aren't. and.. well, all the rest there is to see and do. it makes it worth it.
