Cool, its a ok base and you should get some good travel if you in the right squadron. Green and Red are def ones that deploy.

Some of the sec fo guys hit up the local race scene thing weekly if not more, so unless you are being super dumb I don't see you getting pulled over on base for going a lil over.
I've only gone to the meets a few times, obviously not in my car, and I must say its pretty lame. Well compared to what I'm used to. A good amount of people that go are military.

ive been in the dark this whole aircrew tech school process. no one tells you where to go or where anything is. Pretty much just shown up to all my schools clueless.

 

^ LOL the gov't way Well when i was in there were blue(trainer)black,red,and green section. I was in green(green hornets). but the base has changed a ton since ive been in.

 

drive in housing 2 miles over and see what happens The whole time i was there, they were so freaking **** bout housing it was retarded. 2 mph over got you pulled over, maybe not a ticket but pulled over.

 

I live in housing, and yea that is very true.. don't speed there. Almost impossible not to at 15mph.. come on.

Blue and Gold are training (AETC) All the others are AMC. Correct me if I'm wrong. Blue and Gold used to be "Black". Blue is being taken over by the reserve (thank god) Unfortunately, I'm in Blue, and for that reason I pretty much hate waking up every day.

 

dunno man i got out before the change to AMC or whatever its called lol. I got out in 98 like i said when i was there blue,black,green,and red where the colors. I was in green and went every where and was gone a ton!

 

Unfortunately I hate going to work as well... I do AGE... At least for another month then retraining... We should all meet.

Take a look at the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 (which is a normal prime on crop body). Loving mine on a T2i.
