I'm with you. This weekend made me want to start working on the car sooner. Only problem is, mods are like crack; sooner than later you'll just want more. *cough nitrous cough* WTB Mods asap.

Only problem is the drive, about 1:20. However, there were nice facilities... so being there for a few hours wouldnt be difficult. We could group drive the honda powered karts. Then do some laps in shifters, but not wheel to wheel unless you own your kart.
I'm in on karts. Juan1'z

Well builidng cars for years, I know the basic stuff to start with, and just how far I can really go without going longblock or FI, so pretty much exhaust and intake for now I suppose while I work on the suspension and wheels/tires. I've searched pretty heavily and a lot of people I've seen/talked to run the Popcharger, and I know JWT does their research so.. yeah...

And btw, I'd be hard pressed to believe you can find an internet video that's worth it I haven't seen. You have no idea how bored I was in college.

Stick with the upgrades in mine and Adam's signature unless you want to spend 10k on a turbo setup... then you should set 5k aside for repairs
And as for a video you haven't seen that's worthwhile:

I'm probably going to leave work early seeing as I'm bored as crap and done with my work. Brad or Adam, catch up with me if you guys want to grab a bear or something. My cell is on.

Edit: And yeah like I mentioned, boltons and suspension are going to be what I do. I'm not going FI without the warranty being up and building a block first.

Having money must be nice...

I am blessed by having good neighbors with interests, unfortunately I have discovered those interests are BIKE RIDING.. hence why my fat *** is now a measly 175#

we all know you're in it for the spandex shorts. hey, I'm not judging.. more power to ya.

Honestly, my priorities have shifted just like everyone else... I was happy to pay off the G and look toward getting this house done. I have several mods collecting dust. And I gotten alot less willing to deal with the inevitable downsides of most mods with a daily driver.

However, my desire for a lift is 1 part being cheap, 1 part enjoying it, and 2 parts not trusting others to do it right.

Steve I'm down, just let me know how much. Rather buy it from you than someone else.

Tim, Brad was telling me tonight that you had those hi-flow cats that he used to have. Let me know if you wanted to get rid of them.

BTW, JDub, Brad, and I are having lunch at Whole Hog on Wednesday. Let me know if any of you guys want to go with us.
