OKZCC/Bob Moore Nissan Car Show pics
Tad smaller turnout than expected but we had a great time, and before we knew it, it was time to wrap things up and go. We set up shop out on the lawn in front of the lot right in plain sight of all the traffic on I-35.
Boy was it WINDY. About the only part of the show I would call a drawback was the gusts of wind that at times you had to shout over, lol. Bob Moore provided gift certificates to each class winner and best of show. In all, the winners took away a decent chunk of change in certificates.
Took some pics here's the pics of your class winners. Despite being a small show, there were some very well-kept Z's. Unfortunately no 240/260Z's nor G's entered the show. But it was a close race in a couple of the classes. Congrats to all our class winners!
350Z class

300ZX (Z32) class

300ZX (Z31) class & Best in Show

280ZX class

280Z class

Congratulations to all our class winners and a big thanks to all who attended as well as Bob Moore Nissan for hosting us and providing tasty burgers and hot dogs for lunch!

We don't differentiate between modded and stock cars. It really isn't that serious an event for us. We are more interested in having fun, and enjoying company of others who are into the same car as us. My car is modified, didn't matter.
That Z31 was UNREAL. It could easily win a trophy at a national show especially in a Z31 class. The convertible beat out a "slicktop" 300ZX that actually took 2nd at the national show in Dallas. So we have some pretty dedicated Z owners even though modifications aren't their cup of tea. But in the end all we actually care about is getting the cars out and being seen together as a group. We don't have anything to prove to anyone.
