For those of you who need to schedule your vacations far ahead of time the dates for Branson Z Fest are June 1-5th. Many of us go down early to enjoy the scenery and fantastic roads ahead of time.
Keep an eye on www.bransonzfest.com for when more details are announced.
Also, if you are on Facebook there are two Branson Z Fest groups. Be sure to check them out.

The website www.bransonzfest.com is "on" however registration is not yet open.
If you've never been to a Branson Z Fest there are lots of videos and photos from past BZFs. It really gives you a good overview of the event. The Forum is open for posting.

Yes. Pickle made the announcement on www.bransonzfest.com . It sounds like new owners are about in place. When that happens Pickle will open registration, etc.
Thats weird I live right across the street from the Ramada they had it at the last year or two, seems like business is fine there.
They should get in touch with the theater next door, they have a huge lot specifically for car/motorcycle events that is more open than the hotel lot.

Figured so can't get a better place than that, some reason I thought I remember seeing the show in the Ramada lot, guess that was just everyone parked.
Looked earlier and the Ramada is definitly closed, havn't paid attention in a while. Too big of a property to stay closed for long.

A new official activity has been added this year you may not be aware of. They will be doing an engine swap in the parking lot and dropping a TT into a Z32 convertible. From Facebook:
"Its OFFICIAL! The 300ZX NA / TT (in the parking lot) swap is ON. Think thats it is possible to swap a Twin Turbo engine into a 300ZX convertible during the event? How about if you are limited to a set of common tools? Still too easy? How about starting the process at the beginning of the first registration and having the car make a pass at the drag strip on Friday?
Additional details to follow. Stay tuned!"

If you haven't book a room yet don't delay! One of the hotels 3 buildings won't be available for Branson. That means there will be a very limited number of rooms!!

This taken from the Branson Z Fest Facebook page:
"PLEASE READ: I’ve heard from SEVERAL fellow meeting planners across every industry that there is a big scam going on these days. They particularly like to focus on social groups who use the Who/Where info and then they find phone numbers and call the attendees and say “Hey, I’m from *** hotel and we need to verify your credit card info. for the BZF” NEVER, EVER give out their CC information over the phone."
"Branson Z Fest To be 100% clear: WE HAVE HAD NO REPORTS OF THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE IN OUR GROUP. We just thought it would be a good general reminder for everyone. Its ALWAYS best to be safe when dealing with credit card information."

From the BZF website:
"Please note: The free t-shirt offer will expire on 5/10. That means that the base $55 registration will NO LONGER include a FREE $20 T-Shirt. Thank you for your support of the event!"

Be my first one, pretty pumped to check it out.
