Alpine Type R 12" Sub w/ Box + Kenwood KAC 7204 Amp
When I bought the car, the previous owner had installed an Alpine Type R 12" sub. It's in a box that was designed to fit like the following picture displays:
Note: As you can see in the picture, I loosened the carpet a little when I pulled it out of the car. I got some wood glue and made it look nice again. See later pictures below.
The box fits extremely snug, and it doesn't need to be bolted down to stay in place. More pics of the sub:
In this pic you can see that the box was built by a shop, and not the previous owner himself:
The other thing that I have for sale is a Kenwood KAC 7204 Amplifier. The guy at Best Buy told me that this amp was not compatible with the Sub, which is why the fuse was blown. So I am willing to sell this separately. Feel free to offer, I have no use for this thing. It has a slot for 1 40amp fuse, but there is no fuse in it right now. Does not come with mounting screws.
Also included is the 4guage Ground-wire, and I will give you the positive wire, which runs from the battery, inside the car, and somehow out the back if you can figure out how to get it out of my car without damaging the car. I didn't install it, the shop apparently did, and I'm new to the Z world, so I'm not willing to attempt to dig this wire out. It's got a fuse, and is in perfect shape.
I can't stress enough that I am open to offers, trades, etc! If it's for a Z, and you think I might want it, feel free to offer! I'm looking for a different set of wheels, a set of headlights with black housing and HID's, etc, and am willing to throw cash in and negotiate for trades. So send those offers my way!
