2003-2005 HID passanger headlight with ballast+bulb
It only has the top tab broken that goes under the hood. It is almost 10 years old w sime minor scratches but it looks very good still. I just threw some quick 3m plastic repair on the tab and can be cleaned up well w time. ill try but busy at the moment. Only bulbs I have is the OEM hid and the one under it. not sure life expectancy on the bulbs though.
