This is the makeup for the October 8th event.

Informal caravan to the beach for those participating in both events will leave after awards.

Free event t-shirt with registration and lunch for everyone !

Sunday – The NC Fall Z Beach Blast and Poker Run.

Our revival of the traditional beach cruise and poker run in the Wilmington NC area. The event will start late morning at the battleship North Carolina and will end with a mid afternoon picnic, informal show and shine, and the poker run prize !

Detailed schedule and poker run information to come!

You are invited to attend either event or both, the poker run is not a requirement for entry in the car show, or vice-versa.

Both events are rain or shine !

I hope we see many of you at one activity, or better yet, both.

Sounds good, I'm pretty sure I can make both events. I may have missed it, where do you register for the car show. Also, for those that leave the show to head toward Wilmington, is everyone staying in the same hotel? Do we need to make reservations prior to arriving? Thanks for your help.

Trying my best to make this. My biggest hurdle right now is kenneling the pooch. My normal free dog-sitters are unavailable and I'm not sure I can get him into my local boarding house on short notice.

Will also be floating this out at the Carolina Z Club meeting on Monday to see if we can strum up some more attendees.

Keeping my fingers crossed....

buzzard, when are you heading up? I actually have Friday off so, if I go, I may run up and stay with friends in Raleigh Friday night.

My plan (as of right now) is to leave early Sat. morning. I'm taking Fri. off as well but had planned on detailing the car. A friend of mine is bringing his Z into town to drop it off and have a stereo install done. I'll pick him up and he plans on riding down with me. I plan on finally making it to the club meeting Monday.

I'll only be able to make the RPM Nissan deal! I had major surgery and can't go far at all.

Based on discussion at the Carolina Z Club meeting last night. It looks like we'll have 4 (and maybe as many as 6) coming up for the Raleigh show on Saturday. Not sure how many of those are planning to do the Wilmington run afterwards, tho. I think two of us are planning on it, but don't know about the rest.

Andy, I forgot to mention it last night. If my bud's stereo install gets finished Fri. we'll have 2 Z's. Otherwise, 1 Z with two occupants. We are both planning on the Wilmington run.

We are meeting at Bain's house first Before the Battleship Visit. We will post Driving directions there by tonight. He is closer to HWY 40, and should be easy for everyone to find. It will also let everyone know where the ending point will be.

Other than that, everything is the same.
