There are a handful of good shops. I know Jack at P1 Auto is the man. He does great work. He is located enar Balantyne though. Thats where I would go.

any idea on how much he would charge to replace the clutch and flywheel plus bearings? I dont mind driving as long as the quality is good and the price is reasonable. It will be within the next couple of weeks so I want to do some research before I let just anyone work on my Z, any comments or help is greatly appreciated so keep it comming.

Well I've known Jack and Bob over there for like 3 years. They are awesome for quality. He usually charges $70 an hour for installations, I'm new to the whole Z land so I'm not exactly sure how long it usually takes to do a job like that. link to his site

I really dont know much about pricing either??? But I guess $70 a hour sounds good, if you know them can you do me a big favor? would you mind asking them how much they would charge for the install. I know the trans is easy to get to so it should not take long and since I am replacing these items there is not need to have my flywheel resurfaced or anything, besides im sure it is beyond repair at this point anyways, I dont know who had my Z before me but they really laid into the factory clutch

You could try CP Racing in Charlotte, NC. They are the shop I partner with on installs and tuning. A clutch flywheel install is $350-$400 in labor, and they do excellent work. I have several good options for clutches and flywheels...PM me if you need a recommendation.
