Stacy & I showed up for the dyno and eventually talked Eric into showing up, too. I know now why he was reluctant to run, as his Z dyno'd a few HP and a few ft/lbs lower than mine !
One bad thing that happened, it seems that our rims aren't clear-coat over metal but actually are painted. With the Dynopack they use, you remove the drive wheels and bolt the machine to the lugs, and the result was that I have some pretty signifigant scarring inside the lug holes.
I told them not to use the impact hammer & I THINK they didn't. They swear they used thin-wall ratchets. Stacy & I were watching them the whole time, but the final result is still that the inside of my lug holes are scarred up pretty bad; not physical scarring but the paint layer came off. I'm gonna call the dealership & see about touch-up. I'll also do some searching on this site & elsewhere; if anyone has heard of anything like this, please let me know.
Anyway, on to the numbers. They aren't as high as I have seen posted elsewhere, but the others I've seen are Dynajet and the Dynajet is notorious for being....generous shall we say.
Quick & dirty: 236.9 HP 222 ft/lb torque (at the wheels, of course)

yeah a good run, i dyno'd a bit lower at 231hp but brian has A) more miles which from what ive seen, the car seems to gain hp up to about 10k miles, and B)im sure his car was much cooler than mine and C) he has the resonator removed.
but i have the injen, which doesnt appear to add ANYTHING, which has me pretty bummed out.
anyway a good run, still decent HP

You've heard "a sticker don't make you quicker"? I just made one up: "Bling bling don't add a thing!"

Glad to see you guys could make it out. I am sorry to hear about your wheels, I don't remember either of them using the gun on your car. Sounds like the paint on your wheels is super soft, new wheels courtesy Nissan??
Eric1h: Peak hp is not what matters, it is what is under the curve. If the intake does not add anything, you always have the look and sound. I thought I saw a sticker on your intake which said dyno proven?? injen
