The local Asheville wx girl said we won't probably get too much, just a scattered shower or two but the national folks are a bit more pessimistic.

How do I know this? The first two years I owned my Z I planned mountain drives during this time frame (close to, but not on my birthday). Both times the weather in the mountains we nasty... and that was just as far as the Asheville area. Deeper in the mountains will be worse. For those unaware, the snowiest month for this area is not Jan or Feb, but March.

I hope it works out for the group, but expect this drive to actually take place in April instead of March.

It was awesome weather today. I'll have some pics up tonight!

It was a great day....great weather and a good turnout. Other than my own DB Z....we had another DB Z a G Coupe and a G Sedan show up (along with 17 other cars).

When some pictures get put up (other than the 5 I posted which wouldn't be all that interesting to you guys), I'll post a link. Also...Killboy and his crew were out...so I'll see if he got any shots for you all to see.

Personally....I'm thinking about doing it again next month. I'd like to get some more driving in....and maybe set up on one of the corners and get some shots in. Anyone interested in going?

Yes we had a good time this weekend up there. If you decied to go back let me know. I would like to get a few more runs in before ZDAYZ. I have my Tein springs going on this Tuesady. I am ordering my sways sometime next week. I really need the sways. The sedan has a little lean to it when pushed hard in the corners.
