well folks..i was just coming back from my late lunch on this beautiful, sunny, afternoon day from publix...headed back to work and turn into the street when out of the blue, a red burgundy nissan gxe (90ish) in front of me turn right and went way too far on the right and hit me...

she hit me on the left side of the bumper and left side of the quarter panel ...scrape my nice enthusias rim......the car is drivable tho ....

heres the good part..shes my coworker in my dept and we called the bacon to assess the damage, etc.....bacon said he cant right a report or give her a ticket because..................private property at work....i was like wtf!!!!


were gonna have to let insurance look over the situation...i have farm state and she has GENERAL DIRECT..or something...

-my thoughts here is that i hope her insurance will pay for everything or that my coworker does the right thing here..

-now if anyone with a superblack enthusias who doesn't want their front bumper, feel free to im me to donate that front bumper..ill be glad to take it..so pls let me know...or even the left front rim/tire only.....thx

good news..if anyone cares to be updated>>>

i got a call from the insurance people this early monday morning and as told that an adjuster will come by sometime this week to assess the damage and write me a check..hope i get more that what i wanted tho....but man car still looks nice and got compliments wherever i go--even tho shes defaced.....

gonna see if i can the nismo front end bumper if $$$ comes in
