Just look for the cars with the neon's and drive in "formations"... Follow them, then look for Hector and Edward...

most street races in charlotte go down around the police stations here! that way when they get caught they don't have to wait long amounts of time being booked! i really wouldn't ask where people street race on a forum! especially since police in your area probably look on the 'net to see where everyone gathers in order to plan their next bust!

 

We in Florida go and race in the policestation. Call your local sherif's office and ask them. They might help you
