Ok guys the time has come ill be moving to orlando in about a week so i need advice on wether i should take the car up their or no. Ill be two blocks away from universal in south kirkman road i heard that orlando is not exactly the best place to have a modified car. Im going to UTI and ill be moving in witha currnt student and he was telling me how it all was. He told me that some kids up their are crazy taking cars for joy rides and dumb things like that. Ill have the option to garage it but im still worried do you guys think the area. I would like to here everyones opinion thanks.

 

its definetely not worse than miami take it orlando has like a million z's hooked up as it is they prolly just steal hondas and other pos's

 

... What were the reasons why it was "a bad place" for modified cars? I'd say you gotta stop listening to him......I think it would be a wise idea to garage it whether you're in Miami, Orlando, or at the boonies in the middle of nowhere.

i will go to the meets i head the metro west wasnt all that great but not that bad i did hear about the hills not being good at all the place is 2 block away from the universal entance by the 75b exit in i4. Anyone else

You'll be fine. Just get the garage and always watch where you park your car.

 

I live right next to Universal and while yes there is crime, most of the time its just to the idiots that dont lock their doors or stupid stuff like that. Just have some common sense around here and you should be fine. Oh and AVOID TANGELO PARK haha.

I would look for a better place but im getting a pretty ok deal on it. Its a 3 room apartment and the ladies son goes to UTI but the other two rooms are unoccupied so she will rent them to me for 450 or 500 monthly with everything included water, electricity, internet, cable, washer dryer. So i just have to give her w/e it is and dont worry about making any bills saves me time and its pretty close to school.

About crime being everywhere that i know but since i dont know crap about orlando he told me and i thought its like really bad. Ill think about it ill like to have my car up their since we could all hangout up their and see who beats who LOL since their are a couple TT and turboed Z'sup their. If not ill take my moms car up their and look for a little hatchback stick to eat crap with and use it as my daily driver.

Anything else that i should look out for.
