Okay guys just wanted to say a client came in today and wasnt the happiest person in the world in fact he started cursing at me and saying I was full of **** and that my customer service is **** blah blah blah. I wont get into it too much but the client was in the wrong and i just saved his A$$ a bunch of money and headaches but it didnt matter to him because HE thinks that we did something wrong when in fact we did everything right. So i took a note from Jeremys rules of business and i told him that if he continued to curse at me that I didnt need his business and that he could go else where and I closed his file as soon as I said that and it shut him up real quick then he started appologizing. Being the nice guy that i am Im going to fix his screw up but the reason im posting here is that i thought about this thread when my client was cursing at me and i thought to myself what would jeremy do. Then i found the answer jeremy wouldnt put up with it and tell him to get out.
