Default Tropical Storm Barry Report

It's raining non stop here since 12PM yesterday. Blowing about 20mph with gusts to 30! My rain gauge says we got about 6 inches of rain and there is no end in sight. This thing cam out of nowhere.

It's the first day of hurricane season and we are already at B. Lord it's going to be a long season!

Hell, we need it... Its like the Sahara around here!

It did come out of nowhere though... I thought it was just a 40% chance of rain today.

Being a General Contractor, I love Hurricanes except for the whole effecting peoples life thing!

Beautiful weather we're havin They are predicting "14 named storms, 7 hurricanes, 3 of Category 3 or higher". At Embry-Riddle, our Meteorology dept. was better at predicting than any of the major news stations. Hopefully its not going to be as bad as they say it will be. During college a bunch of us went hurricane hunting(2004 season was crazy!)- good times. Now that I have a house, I'm a lot more ancy lol.

ha hurricane parties were the shit. i remember when there were three weeks in a row with a hurricane or tropical storm, and we'd get off classes and have some fun times partying.
