I'm thinking about selling my car (Silverstone 2003 350Z Performance 6-speed) instead of finishing the RB26 swap. I am instead wanting to buy a Skyline and put the motor I built in it instead just so I don't have to deal with the OBD-II fiasco I will find myself in next June.
I am the original owner of this car. The car has 58,000 miles on it and still has some of the modifications on it from when it used to be twin turbo. It also has a some parts on it that make it a great base for a track or auto-x car. Here's what will still be on the car...
Engine Parts:
-AAM Return Fuel System
-Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Driveline Parts:
-Cusco RS 1.5-Way LSD (Currently setup at 80% lock with Motul diff oil)
-JWT Flywheel
-RPS Max Series 6-puck clutch
-Braided Clutch Line
Brakes/Suspension Parts:
-OEM Track Model Brembo Brakes (front and rear)
-Hawk HPS Pads
-PFC-01 Front Track Pads and Carbotech XP Rear Track Pads
-Stainless Brake Lines
-Hotchkis Front and Rear Adjustable Swaybars
-Hotchkis Sport Springs
-Tokico D-Spec Adjustable Struts
-BCR Harness Bar (No harnesses or seats...just the stockers)
As for the Wheels...I am not positive about yet. They took me 6-months to get because they are special order color and size (Volk TE37, Gunmetal, 18x10.5 +22 Rear with 295/35 tires and 18x9.5 +22 Front with 265/35 tires...in perfect condition, absolutely no curb rash). If I do decide to sell the wheels with the car, the price will be about $2000 higher.
I also have all of the stock parts that these parts replaced except for the stock V-LSD and the stock springs.
The car has zero mechanical problems and just passed inspection last week. The two imperfections on the car is the front and rear bumpers. The front bumper has taken abuse from small rocks on the highway and the rear bumper has some scrapes on it where someone backed into me a couple of years ago.
I would like to get $20k out of the car and would like to sell it very soon.
Let me know if you are interested.

Nope, don't have the original brake lines, Sorry.

it's cool, thanks and good luck with the car thing.
I say finish the car and keep it, you will be happier with it. I like the idea of a skyline, but it is an older car, it will be hard to insure, legalize, and keep up. If you keep the car you are in, you will have one if not the most unique car on the site, nevermind the power.

Sean...I'm sure I'll see you at another track day down the road, no matter what car it is. PS...I was looking at houses the other day and drove through your neighborhood, didn't see any cars at your house though.
Craig...Yea, I know, and trust me I want to keep it, but I'm really scared of what will happen in a year when I have to get it inspected again and I do not have any way to do that. Then I would have an unregistered and uninsured daily driver.
I wanted something different, so I went with the RB swap...it could be in next week if I wanted it to...
