TGPR Track Day Dec 20 [SIGNUP]

I've been told you should change it after every track event, but for normal driving it will last for a long time. You just have to watch for discoloration over time.
Also, I started using ATE Superblue for its higher boiling points, so hopefully my brakes are a lot stronger this time around.

For those discussing pads - the Carbotec pads are great. I've been running the bobcat pads on the street but hear the track pads (XJ8/XJ10 I think is the model num) are just as good. I've been using up a pair of Ferodo 2500's at TGP the last 2 times I was there based on a suggestion from Sharif and have been pretty impressed with them as well.

Just remembered I had 2 vids from the last time I was there. Car was handling like crap - alignment problems, had just put the Hotchkis sways on the night before and they were WAY not set right for me, and brakes were like marshmellows - but if you wanna see what the tracks like for those that haven't been here ya go.

I really hope this Brembo set I got off ebay for cheap, is not another one of my recent "disputed charges"

That seems unusual that it faded just as quick with performance fluid. I've got brembos so they should be more resistant to fade...and if they aren't up to the task, I will get ss lines and slotted rotors if I plan on tracking it more often.

A good motorcycle helmet is $300-400.
I don't have everyone's email address, so I will just make announcements here
Everyone must have a helmet - I believe DOT approved.
