hey bro make sure u maintains those wheels good. Do u remember the guy who recently died in his convertible z? well he had the same rims as u and he was heading up to daytona for a bachelor party when his rims shatter on him causing him to flip around 60-80 feet away from the road. they are the maya rims just like yours. his was brand new also. just warning u because well my cousins knew him personally and he was a great friend to them

sorry to hear about ur cousins friend, sad news to hear. well i got them used for 1,000 bucks. helluva deal because the rears are about 900 each, i plan to just take them to first place wheels and let them refinish them because they have began to peel in a couple spots, and the previous owner didnt take care of them. good lookin out bro. you think i should paint them?... im think GOLD!!

I still haven't done it yet, I had found a local shop that would fix the curb rash for $110/each though.
As far as painting, they told me they couldn't do it due to the design of the wheel, they wouldn't be able to do a good job since they can't take the wheel apart as opposed to a 3-piece wheel.

Jun, any body shop should be able to paint those wheels. If you cant take them apart, Ive seen where you can use a deck of playing cards to go around the wheels, then tape off the rest of the lip. The only part they probably wouldn't be able to get very good with be the very end of the spoke depending on how close it comes to the lip.
