Donations of any food and non alcoholic beverages are more than welcome. Please let me know.

Tentative schedule of events:

10:30-12:00 - Arrivals
12:00-1:00 - Food served!
2:00 - Raffle prizes!
2:30 - Awards given out as follows for SRT-4s AND 350zs:

* Best looking engine bay
* Best overall looking car

3:30 - Cleanup
4:00-??? - Photo/video shoot at Tampa Bay Sports Grill / Roundup parking lot (HUGE) just up the road, cold beverages and more food if you're still hungry inside TBSG

I will most likely have the picnic catered by a local BBQ restaurant. Once I get more info I will post the cost, which I am hoping to remain at $5 per person like the last picnic, to help cover food/drinks/raffle prizes costs. Paypal will be preferred because that is the most accurate way for me to know how much food needs to be provided.

Note: For those who can't make it due to work, we can all meet up at Tampa Bay Sports Grill after the picnic, which is just up the road. Chris runs the bar and is also an SRT-4 owner.
Need a volunteer to bring a radio/CD player. We forgot to bring one the last 2 picnics LOL.

If there is an area for volleyball, I can try to put up a volleyball net for us. (As long as there isn't tropical storm winds like at the 3/08 Ft. Desoto picnic)

More notes: Sorry, alcohol is not permitted in the park, but we can go to Tampa Bay Sports Grill after the picnic to have a few cold ones afterwards. Trash talking will not be permitted, please respect one another. We had no issues during the last 2 picnics and we expect the same for this one.

Are all those cars really gonna fit in Phillippe park?? For the life of me I can't remember any sizable space for parked cars. Oh and a 7/27 meet in area code 727 made me chuckle
