Where is the tracking number for my OEM sways?

You promised to ship them 4 days ago and still you haven't given me a tracking number.

What's going on?

I don't know why you refuse to call and talk to me about this. You have my cell phone number and yet you refuse to call.

If I don't receive a tracking number for those sways I'll be forced to file a claim in small claims court here in Lubbock, TX for it. I would rather not have to go through legal proceedings to handle this.

If she's such a close friend of yours and you can vouch for her, why don't you go to her house, get her to send the OEM sways back to its original owner?

 

because i cant get in contact with her aswell. I texted her about the situation but shes got a new place and do not know where she live shes been traveling and in my view shouldnt have done the transaction in the first place due to her not being here but thats my view shes actually a good person i just think this went really bad.

Well, if you don't like her being called names, get her to rectify the situation. Until then, she deserves what's being said, or at least that's my opinion anyway.

The OP tried to get this issue resolved like a patient adult. The scammer did not comply, hence this thread and the words that are being said about the scammer.

 

well im personally glad that he got his money back, i have tried to call several times and text her that she was banned. I got no responce, ....hey i tried aswell ya know. And understand the fustration. Im just not with the whole lets belittle a person by name calling when there are some who have nothing to do with this.

I know shes better then this and anyone who knows her understand this, why this situation got this bad, man thats beyond me.

I hope you get your sways back man , my understanding is that she was trading in the Z thus going back to stock. So i hope all is taken care of before both of you walk away from the situation.

I tried to help but man, i cant even get fully in touch cuz shes a busy gal always traveling. But all im saying is reslove the situation as adults and through proper channles man.

Its like someone you know is a good person but just had a situation go bad , and you trying just to stabalize it but its just to forgone and honestly i know little of the reason why this wasnt handled earlier since the money value of this transaction is very little. SO its beyond me man.

wow, it been a month and this issue haven't resolve yet? Civic4982, give her a final warning so that she can send your OEM sway back, or have someone pick it up you. Give her a final warning, then wait a week, if you still haven't get your sway back....just file a small claim in court.

If there's a fraud or breech of contact (which it is in this case), you must file a dispute within certain time period. If you wait too long, your claim will not be valid.

Maybe she was kidnapped and forced into sex slavery in Cuba. The OEM sways are all packaged up and ready to go in her closet.

I think a ban is in order for this guy as well as he has vouched for this ***** the entire time and has delayed civic in taking any action. BAN this fu*ktard along with that cvnt and make an example of them by assisting civic in his small claims case (draft a letter stating the timeline for the sale and what has transpired since). In small claims it is always he said she said but if one party can legitamatly show breech of contract then it will be an easy decision for the court. I utilize the marketplace often and I have to say if someone scammed me out of any money or goods I would take a road trip or make some friends online around their area and get this taken care of. Basically the sways are stolen merch at this point so if you can find out what shop she has her car at you can call and demand they send them out to you. Good luck civic.
