we're working on a way that I can verify that the nismo sways she sent are usable (b/c frame pieces still stuck on them that no one could get off the sway bars) but this is dififcult b/c before thse arrive i'll be gone out of state and out of town for the next 4 months.

trying to find an alternative either of me finding someone to do it for me here in town while I'm gone OR her having UPS divert it to my other location OR her waiting until Jan '09 until I get back and actually am able to take care of it.

this is becoming increasingly difficult. she sohuld've just sent me back my stock sways.

once I can verify everything then I'll call paypal and CC company to pull back all complaints

What's her f'n problem man? Only after you figured out to call her place of work did she send you the item immediately. She could have sent it this whole time. AND, only until you called her place of work where she can't simply screen the call does she speak to you. How freaking insulting is that. If you didn't call her place of work she would have never sent anything back to you. Scum of the earth. Makes me sick.

good news, option 1 has been utilized as UPS was nice enough to divert the package.

as soon as I receive the item and verify its authenticity I will update.

the sway bars have arrived yesterday and they're in very decent condition. it became a problem with UPS being idiots and making the shipping last almost 20 days but this was not at all the seller's fault.

thank you for all your support here on the forums. it is much appreciated.

tomorrow I'll be calling my cc company to cancel my chargeback.
