Mornin' lady and gents.
Veronica and I ended up going to Wine Down Weds downtown. We had a GREAT time, started out with a beer and flat bread and met up with a friend of mine who bought us a bottle of white. It's a great atmosphere if you want to network with other professionals or just to meet new people - especially since most people were dressed in suits, ties and fancy dresses. Of course, we weren't dressed up yesterday (didn't have time). But we'll probably do this again real soon.
Veronica and I ended up going to Wine Down Weds downtown. We had a GREAT time, started out with a beer and flat bread and met up with a friend of mine who bought us a bottle of white. It's a great atmosphere if you want to network with other professionals or just to meet new people - especially since most people were dressed in suits, ties and fancy dresses. Of course, we weren't dressed up yesterday (didn't have time). But we'll probably do this again real soon.

Yeah, there are LOTS of "pretty" guys and girls there on Weds. More stilettos and cleavage than V and I could count. lol There's nothing wrong with good looking women because she and I have a pretty good appreciation of them. We're not the competitive type - so with us it's never "omg, look at her... who does she think she IS?" We're secure with ourselves so we don't care, but it IS fun to people watch.
You guys would like it out there. It's like Maxim magazine pages come to life. haha

You don't have to be 21 and over to attend the Wine Down, you can just have a soda or a regular drink and chill with the older crowd.
Don't be in a rush to get older. I started drinking when I was 19 in the Corps, because most military bases you only have to be 19 to drink. You're not missing a whole lot. Trust me - there are days when I'd give ANYTHING to be that young again. I'll be 35 in two months and somedays I swear that I can hear my joints giggling at me. lol
