First off we would once again like to thank everyone who attended the 2008 Z Nationals and helped to make it our biggest event yet. We invite all of you back again for the 2009 edition and hope you bring your friends and neighbors this time and help us make it even bigger than before.

After getting rained on year after year in the spring we've made the decision that the 2009 Edition of the Z Nationals will be a fall event.

October 2-4, 2009

Will be the weekend for the 2009 Z Nationals. We have just over 13 months to prepare for this event and are already putting plans into motion. Expect a few surprsie announcements along the way and an even bigger and better event for 2009.

Teh 2008 Z Nationals Highlight DVD is in production now and should be available for purchase very soon. In the mean time check out this trailer and get yourself ready to start making plans to come see us in October 2009 for the bigger than ever Z Nationals.

Where And I Will Be There

 

You guys know that is the same time as the ZCON of 09. That isn't a good idea to have it around the same time.

 

Actually Z Con has not set a date yet for 2009 and we've been in talks with several people who are heavily involved with preparations and pre planning for Z Con and they are very heavily considering a move to the spring for 2009.

 

We don't have the full details set in stone yet regarding the track day and other events. The car show, dyno competition, and gathering will all take place at Z1 Motorsports in Carrollton, GA, about an hour west of ATL on I-20.

 

Definitely should, it's a great show and a great time. Not too bad of a drive for you either.

 

Actually the bids for 2009 are going to take place in Cleveland ZCON 08 and whomever wins can set any date to hold the convention.

The 2008 Z Nationals had National media coverage from Modified Magazine, Nissan Sport, and Downshift. That combined with numerous website postings and the Z Nationals DVD is a great opportunity to show your car off to thousands of people.

We gave away over $10,000 in awards and prizes in 2008 and anticipate even more for the 2009 Z Nationals.

 

We always have a lot of Southeastern Z's show up for Z Nationals, Florida, Georgia, Bama, Mississippi, and the Carolinas always come strong. Be sure to make your plans now to attend the 2009 Z Nationals October 2-4, 2009 and represent the Dirty South.

I have a feeling that I may have to look into hooking up some TV's for the college football action that weekend in order to keep some of you interested.
