It makes full sense. And it is why I keep asking. Last DE we had a 350zx there - and to my P-guys it just didn't feel right. They asked me to find someone familiar with the 350zx for the next DE - because that would be the best help we can offer a person with a 350zx. (It didn't feel like it was handling right to the instructors we put in it - and it even sounded funny - and we found out it was an after market turbo...) which is why I truly want 350 guys there.

Did that make any sense? LOL

And I looked at the new roster - and I have two 350zx -- we want everyone happy!

Speaking from some experieince in turboed 350Zs, for a novice student, would probably encourage them to choose a higher gear and focus more on the line, braking, steering, etc to start and then as confidence and skill improve work on the other stuff. Espesially at RRR where it is bascially one long sweeper to the next.

The 350Z is a fairly short wheel base car and if they have cranked the HP up fairly high it has a tendancy to swap ends fairly quickly. but these are generalized statements. Each combination of student and car presents different challenges and goals.

Hi again.

Just wanted to give you an update. We are doing nicely, with a wonderful assortment of cars. (We have among them 2-350z and 2-300zx) The update is we are 28 days away... and still have a few spots (15 to 20) available if anyone here is interested. If you look at www.clubregistration.net - you can click on the column heads and see the cars lined up alphabetically.

Marty - I didn't know if your roll call was for the Dark Side or the clinic... so I never responded. If it is for the Dark Side - we can start the roll call with you and me!

Life is good, which is actually the reason. I now have family obligations, and they come first.

I was feeling fairly rechid. I had been out of work most of the week with something. Saturday I ended up in a car 17 of the 20 sessions, either with students, ride alongs, or harrasing Morris and the gang in white group. Vernon went off fairly effeciently in 5 and ended up in the beach way outside just before the berm. We ended up helping pull him out and change tires, he knocked two off of the bead.

Sunday was even worse for me, but had a blast. Ended up with three students, but we were all having fun.
