I need to Get Brakes replaced, i think front and back. I dont have the Brembo. just stock 2003 350z.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a great/good place to get them replaced parts and labor other then the dealership...

Or rather, is it better to bring it to another shop Vs a dealership to get brakes done?

I know CIN is around wasnt sure if they did small jobs like brake pads.

If you could please offer me some options with replies.

Yea i think Bobby does things like that. Hes done some small stuff like that for me.

 

its fairly easy to change the brakes pads.... You might be able to do it yourself if not i cud do it for you. I live in albemarle about 30 mins from charlotte

 

Do it your self, it is very easy. Save money to get some MODs for the "Girl".

 

if i do it myself, go with stock brake pads? or is there something better out there (brake pad wise, not brake system lol) i.e lasts longer, brakes harder, just better over stock pads, etc. Dont know if such a thing is available. Could anyone give any recommendations?

there is a few performance brake pads that you can replace your oem brake pads with. Hawk brake pads i believe is prolly one of the popular ones. i hear alot of guys compliment them. Try checking the brake marketplace someone usually has a pair forsale for a good price

 

Bobby and Ben over at CIN are great. I'm sure they could hook you up if you didn't want to do it yourself (CIN is also a sponsor of ZDayZ...).

As far as pads go....I'm assuming you're not tracking. I'm running Hawk HPS on the street...but I've also heard great things about CarboTech's Bobcat line (www.ctbrakes.com - Another ZDayZ Sponsor).

I suggest the Carbotech Bobcat pads for the street. Great pad, and very little dust.
