Default Florida people need help!!

I was looking into relocating down to Florida and I have come across these areas to live, what I need is any info you have on that area like crime, housing etc. All these areas have new housing being built in gated communities.

Here are some of the areas I might consider

1. Winter Park FL.

2. Orlando, FL

3. Tavares FL

4. Eustis FL

5. Oviedo FL

6. Sanford FL

7. Apopka FL

Winter Park is the nicest area out of all of those, IMO. I live on the "border" of Winter Park/Orlando. But then again, there's "nice" areas in Oviedo, as well as Heathrow which is near Sanford.

Have you ever seen this complex?
Via Lago Town Homes at 2403 Passamonte Drive Winter Park, FL 32792 ?

This is where I was considering buying a Townhome to start off in.

It is my opinion you should fly in and rent a car... Take a tour of all
the locations. Maybe contact a realtor too assist in the denser areas.

I tried mapquesting it, but it doesn't show up, is it a new complex? I googled it and found the website, it looks like it's pretty close to me, but it doesn't say exactly where it is. I'm assuming it's close to the University/436 area... Downtown Baldwin Park and downtown Winter Park are very nice though. Good area.
