Ultra Evolution is back with their car show series. Rained put a damper on our last event so we are back for another event. Hopefully the weather cooperates with us this time.

OK the big day is finally almost here ! The Ultra Evolution Car Show Series is TOMORROW June 27th 2010. Here are the following times for tomorrows show.

Vendor Roll in - 10 am
Show Car Rollin - 11 am
Judging Starts - NOON
Awards - Around 5 pm

** Tips for the show **
1. Arrive early with your group / club to get best spot and to park together.
2. CLEAN your ride, make sure its in appropriate show condition.
3. Help us out if your registering at the show and bring $15 dollars not a $20.
4. Have a good knowledge of your car and tell the judge what you have done.
5. Bring a chair.
6. Bring some dollars for raffle, there are TONS of great things to win.
7. Have a great attitude and be ready for a great time.

We anticipate a great turnout and hope this helps to raise the game here in Florida and we appreciate all of the sponsors, vendors, car show participants, and spectators that help support this awesome scene ! We will see you tomorrow.

I have a question...

how come the nissan class is joint with the infinity but the acura is not joint with the honda or scion with toyota or Lexus?

For consistency the Nissan and Infinity should be separate just like the other classes - just my humble opinion...

 

Thanks for the suggestion. We base our award categories on what has shown up in the past. We want our show to not just give away trophies because people just show up. We want those that win to actually deserve the trophy and have some competition. This show again we did not have a ton of z's or infinities. If I count right we just had two infinities and only about 8 total in the Nissan / Infiniti class all together. So at this time its not smart to separate them out. If we have a bunch that decide to show we will definitely separate the category. The reason we split up the ones above that you mentioned is because there were at least 10 vehicles in each of those classes (some like the honda had over 40) and made for a good competition. We will be announcing our next show soon and if we see a need to expand we will !

We do appreciate all the suggestions and comments as we are trying to make this the best show it can be. I do want to give a BIG thanks to everyone that came out to the event ! With over 150 cars showing this was HUGE for the Peabody's Venue. Big things coming up to be announced soon. Stay tuned.
