Each builder has haters, it really comes down to the crews and how well they do the construction, keep in mind that inspectors are flexable in their findings(friendly check offs). Thank you so much for that info! Lennar actually does not recommend inspectors, and they insist that if we hire one that we are with them at all times that they are on the property. Unfortunately, "the family" has read some bad stuff about Lennar on the internet, so now they are pressuring us not to buy from them. I tried to explain that there is bad stuff on the net about every builder, but it's just not sinking in.
