LOL. Kevin, glad you got everyone to come down to your neck of the woods.
Sounds like I am definitely missing out on a lot of good gatherings.

Take care everyone and keep your fingers crossed for my engine to be done and installed this week....

Each builder has haters, it really comes down to the crews and how well they do the construction, keep in mind that inspectors are flexable in their findings(friendly check offs). They say this doesn't go on but I know better..Best thing is to be there as much as you can to see it first hand to insure no short-cuts.....As far as inspectors DO NOT use the one the builder wants you to use, find your own by calling and ask them how many they do a year, find one that does about 1-3 a week(not to busy to pass on bad things but not slow to just give a clean bill for money sake)......Just be open eyed...But congrats on a new home!!!!

Thank you so much for that info! Lennar actually does not recommend inspectors, and they insist that if we hire one that we are with them at all times that they are on the property. Unfortunately, "the family" has read some bad stuff about Lennar on the internet, so now they are pressuring us not to buy from them. I tried to explain that there is bad stuff on the net about every builder, but it's just not sinking in.

Guys, I'm really considering parting out my car and selling it. Let me know if anyone is interested in anything. Everything will come off motor, turbos, brakes, suspension, seats, rims etc...

All the other problems have been tranny/leak related. It's just some stupid electrical thing. Nothing is physically wrong with the motor.
