Ok so matt came by today and we talked some more about the car since it now has a known good wiring harness in it. The only way that I know of to test the ecu is to monitor a bastardizing amount of sensors and the such thru consult II or get a breakout box with attachments for both the ECM and your wiring harness and get a DMM and start testing for voltage from there OR........... start tracing wires back and forth from the ecm to the cam and crank sensors to see if there getting voltage and sending signal and go from there. Matt if it comes down to it we may have to do what we talked about at my work where a RO would be written and I would be allowed to come down the street with consult II and start monitoring what the hells going on with the car when trying to crank it.
Albeit, do try my friend nicks suggestion first and put another Unified meter in it and see if it will crank, or put another ECM in it and see if that will at least let the car turn on without turning on the headlights and the fans.

it hasnt been bad this year so far i would say 90% of my client received a refund one just got back 30K in refunds which is always kinda cool to get but not the best money management strategy and I had one client that owed 200k, not our fault they just didnt come to us all year and it is what it is cant help that. We always try to get our clients with in 500 of getting back or paying in 500.
