Just a note to OZOC and Local members, I just opened a new account and I am able to get SPC control arms for the Z's and other cars. I'm still figuring out my pricing, but if you are needing anything PM me and I will see what my cost is and let you know. This also included suspension and other items. I am working on getting Us a good deal on Harness Bars also.

Ok, I need some guidance here. Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes a Carbon fiber engine cover that will work with a plenum spacer? All the ones that Ive looked at have been overlays and have said that they are not compatible with a plenum spacer because of the strut tower bar. I just got the covers from matt for the batt and brake and I have a c/f radiator divider panel on the way so I kinda want to complete the theme.

Well, before i hit the bed, i ran pricillas HR tonite and yea...3 car lengths seems to be the general consenses to which i got pulled. I beat 287 350zs usually by 2 cars uptop. WE did rolls all the way upto speeds of about 120. And about 4.5k consitantly the HRs intake pull like a ****. If you thought a revup had a nice top end. Weight to you see the tq and the top end of that motor. We even swtiched cars and had the same result. THat motor comes alive at about 4.5k is when it pulls the revup like a ****. Stock for stock its no contest. Very imprssive.

keep in mind i baselined at 251 rwhp stock. So with them baselining at around 263 and tq bring 10+ also. Its def quite a margin from rolls. Im curious now to when i get the mrev2 and spacer the out come since that adds quiet an amount under the curve. Anyways goodnite. And dont sleep on the HRs. There no joke. .....yea i got beat by a girl lmao.

Got my Tein S-Tech springs installed on my 07 (Performance Factory) the car looks great! Handling has improved but only slightly. By the way, the shocks are different on the 07, you can no longer just insert the spring by hand in the front. You definetely will need a wall mounted spring compressor (luckily there was one in the auto shop right across from Jeremy's shop *whew*) . The car doesnt feel bumpy and ride quality really wasnt affected, everything is still nice and smoothe like stock. Steering wheel feels a little stiffer which I like. But the shocks on the 07 were beautifully improved they dont only dampening down, but now dampen up and down for less harsh of a ride.

Later on my way home, I took a turn pretty hard and fast to test out the handling and almost did a 180 ( was pretty scary) but I regained control before a car hit me! lol (it was near my house behind residential area). But I definetly need to get some sway bars to help with body roll. As well as a damn LSD! Also GT spec braces for more chassis stiffness...(damn this is adding up lol)

All in all I'm very happy with the springs and the drop.

I'll post pics later. Or you can just check my car out at BOTI! (hope it doesnt rain)

btw, Randen (RBLover69) and I had a couple highway runs his 06 revup stock versus my 07 HR stock. It was really fun, his clutch is SOOO SOFT like butter, too soft ya know. (I would like something in the middle of my clutch and his actually.) But yeah the HR creams the Revup everytime it hits about 4k rpm. And it pulls away hard too.... about 3 car lengths with my newbie driving. Maybe even 4 with a better driver and taking the car to higher speeds, we only took it to about 120ish. It woulda been nice to take it to 160, the HR would have def. had like 6 car lengths by then!!

^^ yeah...makes sense since I'm not FI. LOL jk

I'm going to make a badazz NA Z.

Here are my list of future mods:

1. Test pipes (getting installed with before and after dynos at PF on Fri)
2. Exhaust (evo tt, nismo, borla)
3. Pop charger system (JWT, if it produces at least 5rwhp independantly)
4. JWT cams (currently being devloped will be released in next few months)
5. UTEC na tune (when update comes out for 07)

That should put me at hopefully 305-310rwhp on dynojet. Which is around 350hp at the crank...Which is great for me NA! I'll get some superlightweight forged wheels and run 12's all day at the track on drag radials! I cant wait! In the mean time I'll work on suspension and a little sound till the other mods are released...
