So Im at work and i just finished all my returns and life is pretty good. I think i might be able to go to BOTI after all. But im not 100% sure just yet bc i might have to help my dad review returns.

I wouldnt be reviewing the big complicated returns I would only be reviewing smaller ones but its a step up so im happy.

We had one lady come in last week that thought she knew everything and said that she could put a rental property on schedule C and not on Schedule E.

This can be done sometimes but only ifyour are a realestate professional.

so we told her that she couldnt do that bc she wasnt a realestat professional and that it was a rental property which should go on Schedule E.

Then she contributed to a 401k and she is self employed. This is okay bc they came up with a new rule stating that Self employed people can contribute to a 401k.

she said her financial advisor said that she could make the contribution. But the rules state that you can not contribute more that 44k a year or more than 25% of SE income.

by the way there are a lot of G35driver member on my350z but i dont see a lot of my 350z member s on G35driver
