Got your cell, sorry I didnt call during my stay earlier. Will call within the coming weeks.
Sounds good, am looking forward to looking into more commercial. Gonna figure out my residential out first, just taking a damn long time.

Trey look in Queen Creek/suprise ect for booming population.
Look Scottsdale/Arcadia/N. Phoenix for centralized locations that will be future "gems" as PHX sees more and more population/traffic obstacles.
Look Red Mountain/Gilbert as well.

The main areas I was looking into commericial-wise were in Gilbert. I wasn't too impressed with Queen Creek but I will look into there as far as leasing. Suprise what?
As far as homes I am interested in a house in the same development that Ivy lives in as well as another in East Mesa. Was looking into the Grey Hawk area of Scottsdale near my family for awhile but something about the "quietness" of far Mesa that I appreciate.

Yup. Those are basically my cross streets. Dude if you can get a spot on the mountain at Las Sendas. Its amazing and you will see tremendous appreciation in teh next 5 years.
The 202 JUST completed to Power road and the lake is right around teh corner. They call it "New Mesa" ALl homes/commerical have been built within the last 5 years. Its beautiful. Lowest crime rate in Arizona even lower than PV and Scottsdale.
