Cool man. Denver is a really nice place. I absolutely love it out here. I just wish the roads weren't so harsh on the Z's underside :/

Solution: GTSpec undercarriage brace...mine is tore-to-****...but that's that much less damage to the chassis

Nice, thanks for bringing that to my attention. I just got front and rear camber arms and some traction arms, so I'm gonna check out the damage the last few months has brought the next time the car is up in the air.

Anyone have a good recommendation on an alignment shop that can handle a lowered car without having to take the bumper off?

So this happened yesterday. Lady changed lanes into my lane without signaling or seeing me.

I've had the wheels on the car for a grand total of 17 days. Dammit.

Aw man! Other than the wheel, fender, and upper arm, anything else that has to be replaced?

I'm assuming at the very least an inner tie rod. The shop hasn't done the tear-down yeah so I might need a new lower control arm, wheel hub, or any number of other pieces. I'll know more once my buddy at the shop I had it towed to can disassemble everything. The door has some scratches that will probably need to be sanded and resprayed, and the passenger side of the bumper will need to be repaired/repainted. Might need a new sideskirt as well.

Just heard from the lady's insurance company today that they are accepting liability for the accident, but they are only going to be able to give me cash for the one wheel. Oh well, now its time to make the fronts wider and put them on the rear, and move the rears to the fronts

19x10.5/11.5 here I come!

What's up Gents? I bought my Silver '07 from a member here and need to get emissions done asap. Need to swap cats (and then back to test pipes) and it seems like everyone wants to bend me over on the price. Any help is appreciated.

Used to have an '04, but I put it into a ditch after avoiding a runaway truck tire on I-76. Name: IMG_0041.jpg

I couldn't find a better car for the money, so I went to LA to buy this and brought it back to the twisty roads near my house in Morrison. Name: BABaracusMedium_zpsf5c37fab.jpg

If you still need some help with this, you can give MoFab a try. Scott is a really cool dude and does some great fab and install work.

Just moved from Texas to Denver. Any groups or meets in the area that are active?

There's only a handful of Z33 owners left from that list. Outside of SCCA racing, there's been no meets in many moons.

Plenty of car meets and activities on the front range at this time of year. Just no Z33 meets, as almost the entire group has moved on. Looking at that list, there's only three of us that still own our original 350Zs, although some may be on the second or third ones.

i know i just missed the cars and coffee last saturaday, since they do sunday in austin and i wasn't expecting it to be on a saturday here.

what are other good meets? what are your thoughts on the one hosted by nationwide productions at sunday night? that's the other one i just found out but i don't like how they keep changing locations and keeping the location/time until last minutes.

There is a FB group called vqco. The members attend cars n coffee and some shows. I wouldn't recommend nationwide unless you want to hang out with honda kids and get in trouble.

The VQCO group for the most part is highly against nationwide and 1320 and won't support it because of its reputation..

VQ Colorado has been around for a few years and started out as a G35C group. They're pretty inclusive and usually do drives around the Front Range.

Thanks for the tips! But I just read it today so I showed up to the nationwide on last Sunday, I can totally see how they are a troublesome group and probably will avoid it lol

I just joined the group yesterday! I met someone in the group the other day, and they introduced me to it. I'm ok with them being inclusive, I just need to meet some friends up here lol

Pueblo, Colorado represented!! I've seen a few Z's around town but haven't met a lot of people yet. I was in the Honda game for a while but I've always wanted a Z and I finally made it happen!!
