Default MAC Autosport welcomes Rocky Mountain 350Z Owners

Quite a few threads and posts have mentioned MAC Autosport in Parker Colorado. As the owner of MAC, I invite all Rocky Mountain area 350Z owners to visit the shop to check us out.

Our 4000 sq ft facility has about 1600 sq ft devoted to our showroom, and Dynojet inground AWD dyno. The dyno area was designed to accomodate groups for dyno event days, and about every other Saturday is usually booked by groups. We have a 2400 sq ft shop area, with a fabrication room (MIG, TIG, for AL, MS, and SS), two lifts, and engine build cleanroom.

We are NISSAN Specialists. We are the leading shop in the region for 240sx/SR20DET Swaps, and we race what we build. Our SCCA ITE prepared S-13 coupe is a winner in road racing, and also doubles as our drift competition machine. We are authorized dealers for TurboXS, and Stillen, and have sold, installed, and dyno-tuned the 350Z UTEC (our UTEC tuning base is over 100 vehicles - we tune UTEC every day...). We sell and install the Stillen S/C kits for the 350Z, and the Titan. We are also authorized GReddy, and APS dealers, and offer their turbo kit offerings. We offer suspension and brake upgrades from TEIN, DBA, HAWK, Tanabe, Stillen, and others, as well. Our techs have had specific NISSAN training. Ownership background is 30 years experience in racing - drag racing, autocross, rally, drift, and SCCA road racing. We have NO experience in car stereo or window tint installation....

Please accept my invitation to visit MAC, and discuss your performance goals for your 350Z.

Sincerely,
Bill McMahan - owner

Here is a link to their shop: http://www.macautosport.com/
It provides there hours, contact information, dyno/tuning rates and more.
On a personal note; I highly recommend Mac. Everyone is very friendly and eager to work on the 350Z. If you made it out to the Dyno Day they hosted for us I'm sure you already know.

Bill, thanks for coming onto the forums, it was nice to meet you at your shop. Thanks again for the dyno day! Looking forward to seeing what kind of HP you make with some of our local Z and G's!

Thank you for your kind and supportive comments. Our weekend hours are Saturday 10AM to 7PM, and closed on Sundays. Tomorrow (3-18) we are hosting a GTO group. We will have LS1 and LS2s roaring most of the day.

We sold and installed another UTEC in a 350Z today. The tuning was performed by Nick after I left the shop for the day, so no results until tomorrow. This 350Z is one with a GReddy twin turbo kit installed, so the results should be very impressive. We have discussed a full engine build with this customer, so more news on this one may be forthcoming.

Almost forgot about the G35s. Certainly want to see those owners, too. The last one that stopped by the shop had Skyline badges on it. The owner was thinking ahead.....

Hey there Bill - I'm looking at bringing by the Z to your shop to install the TT kit & go with the UTEC once I can get myself a daily driver (so this is still around 5 months off). My car still has the stock block with around 90k miles, and I would like to have a compression test/leak down test to help judge the condition of the motor for the TT kit. Can you PM me some pricing info on how much it would cost for the testing of the block to make sure it's still in good enough condition to go FI.

I'm only looking at running the stock 6.5psi, can you also PM me pricing on the UTEC? If you have done any other TT installs on the Z can you PM me a ballpark quote?

Thanks in advance - Justin S.

I need pricing again on the UTEC also. I will be purchasing one in June. Don't know when I'll be bringing the car up for dyno tuning as I will be in Iraq.
