I used to live in Phoenix from 2000-2001. I am thinking about moving back due my girlfriend finding a job in AZ.

I originally left PHX due to the declining job market. How is the job market now? I used to work in Semiconductor, but I am looking for a change.

If I remember correctly, Toyota and Nissan have their proving grounds close to PHX. Does anyone work there, or know anyone that does? I would love to do a career move to the automotive industry. I have a BS in EE and ME.

I miss PHX very much, many of my closest friends are still there, and I know the weather is just about perfect now.
