Default Denver Formula One days?

I am sick of watching F1 alone, we need to start meeting up! Does anyone know of a bar or pub with food and drink that has the ability to get it on the tube at a decent time. Or if someone wanted to host I am down to bring some food and drink!

Think the problem is that F1 comes on at 4-8am here on Speed.

That is why the bar thing may not work, I was thinking if someone had a big screen and TiVo then we would be golden. I can host a small group but I only have seating for like 6 and my TV is only 27".

I am so up for doing this, and I'd drive to Denver for it. Of course, Fountain's good too This is a great idea Blake, watching F1 this weekend made me wish I knew more people into real racing and not just Nascar. I actually had a buddy want to watch golf rather than F1. Figgin' GOLF for crying out loud!?!

Will the wife and I enjoy watching F1. Too bad I didn't know you were into it.
Could have watch it at my house or yours.

Have to be yours, I don't have cable. And my TV is a 17" Goldstar that came with my parent's minivan in 1992.

I hardly ever watch F1, actually I don't know much about it...........more a white trash drag racing guy myself. But I am always up for hosting a group to drink some beer, eat some food and hang out. I would be willing to host it if I knew when everyone wanted to do it, like which races and I can make sure I have nothing going on those days.

I do have a TIVO so we can watch it whenever everyone wanted to get together. Let me know what you guys think.

Mudd (Brian) I thought you were more sophisticated than that?

There's irony here, 'cause my GF and I have been talking about this. We wondered if there were any other serious F1 fans out there. I'd host a race or 2 this season if there's interest. I've got a 47" projection TV with surround sound and Tivo (almost never watch the race live - sorry). The only problem is my living room is about 12 feet square! Think about it...

GF and I will be Paddock Marshals at the USGP this year! I'll post pictures this summer. I've given her my blessing to go for JPM or DC. She hasn't got a chance.

Let me know whe you guys want to do it and I will see. I have the set up and the room so it shouldn't be an issue. That is unless 30 people want to come, then it might be a squeeze.

My wife and I are both HUGE F1 fans, and we'd be willing to show up for any F1-watching event (although if we do it at Brian's, I think his wife will probably kick me out early so I can't stand around in the garage all night, drinking all the beer in the house and talking sh*t about the neighbors again)!

F1 on that beautiful DLP...sounds like a good time.
