Hey guys, are we going to have any more meets or cruises in 2006? I would like to have another meet or something but thats just me, my z stays off the roads in the winter so i would like to have one more meet before i put my baby to sleep. Anyone?

 

Yeah I was kinda wondering the same. I guess with weather changing in the blink of an eye, it's difficult. You can always come by our place and watch me curse the snow in the backyard!

 

Well I know some of the Springs guys were asking me to start another Cripple Creek cruise. Interested? I know of an awesome pizza place in Victor. Also could take the back route into the creek.

 

After the Cripple Creek cruise that Robert mentioned, most of the drives are realistically/practically through for '06, but definitely not the meets.

We typically have a holiday season meet in early December for dinner/drinks/catching up/etc. And there has been some talk on another thread about a GT4/Forza LAN party at some point. As for early '07, we usually have a couple of winter/early spring tech days and dinner meets to start talking about summer drives in the upcoming season.

That's the downside of living in Colorado...you know there are all those great roads up there that you drove the previous summer, but you can't safely get to them & enjoy them because of the changing weather conditions. But that doesn't mean we don't get together between October and May...it just means that we can't go on those day-long drives to Steamboat and back during that time.

 

We need to meet for happy hour some night.
