I was looking at the photos and video on TV, don't really see how he could have been targeted, the windows were dark black, the Hummer was huge, no way anyone driving next to them could see who or what was going on inside. Just a thought.

guessing they had an argument at a party and when they left they got hit.....but thats just a guess, and we have seen it before.
