Good to know that the failure rate of the Walbros is so high. Especially since I just bought one of the piece of *****.
I really don't want to be like Kevin and have to reach up my cars gashole to switch the damn thing out all the time.

Pressure issue fixed
Ready to high boost map! Pressure drop fixed. The Walbro was not bad, it flows well over a gal. per. min. Here is a link to the problem.

That chunk has been in there for over 2 years!!
I changed out the pump last summer because of pressure drop, it has been causing fuel issues sense day one. I still can't understand how that big piece got in there in the first place!
This might

Not good!
Any boost over 11.5psi causes the fuel pressure to drop at the top of the boost.
We are at a loss, I need some info from AAM on the stageII system I have in, why it is doing this!!
Did see a high # of 640rwh 531tq, but this was not consistant because of the fuel pressure drop!!!
?????

Kevin how much boost was that horsepower at and at what rpm? I beleive I have a pump here that you can use for testing if you think the Bosch is taking a crap.It is a big *** SX pump and you can plumb it in for testing purposes. We have used these pumps on 800+WHP cars.It is loud and obnoxious but gets the job done.
