Default Thinking about ordering these next week......

Well I think these are the wheels that I have settled on. Going with 18x8.5 35 offset up front and 18x9.5 40 offset in the rear. The tires would be Toyo Proxes T1-R (245-40-18 - Y - 280) in the front and Toyo Proxes T1-R (275-40-18 - Y - 280) out back. What do you think?? Any feedback on the offsets would be great, not to sure about them.

Pretty wheels but the offset is way off and they might be heavier than stock.
For aggressive offsets (require a rolled fender w/ a 1'' drop) I'd suggest +15 in the front and +18 in the rear if you're running an average width 275 tire. For average offsets, i'd suggest +25 in the front and +25 in the rear (or in the area).

Those wheels are probably heavy, but looks can be decieving. There are similar wheels that look the same, but are lighter. However, price vs weight is a pretty exponential relationship. Try to look for wheels that look llike that and are 27lbs or lighter if they're 19s or 25lbs or lighter if they're 18s.

Ok I would rather have these. The BBS RGR in Diamond Black Paint, which from what I can tell is the same as Gun Metal.

Size Selected: 18x8.5 Front
Recommended Tire Size: 225/45-18
Wheel Offset: +23mm
** Lightweight: 19.8 lbs. **

Size Selected: 18x9 Rear
Recommended Tire Size: 245/45-18
Wheel Offset: +35mm
** Lightweight: 19.0 lbs. **

Allright dude trust me, you want a big old wide lip on those babies. Those last ones just didn't have enough offset. I would shoot for +25 front @ 8.5 ish wide and +35 off set rear @ 10 ish wide. I learned the hard ($) way. I did setup an AOL IM account at work but never saw you on today. P.S. I'll seel ya my rims/tire for DIRT!!!

Go with the BBSes!!! Just go to TireRack and they'll let you know about the offsets and such.
